After your order is handed over to Yurtiçi Cargo, the delivery time for your package varies between 24 hours and 96 hours depending on the city and district you are in. International orders will be delivered within 2-10 business days.
Returns
In order for the product(s) purchased from our online store to be eligible for return, they must be unused and retain their resalable feature. The labels, logos, and other accessories of the returned products must not be damaged. You can apply for returns within 15 days.
If the product(s) you return are found to be damaged after inspection by our review team, your return request will not be accepted.

When your return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days if paid by credit card, or to the relevant account if paid by bank transfer.
